Volleyball v. Florida State (Monday, September 15, 2025)

Freshman Marta Lazzarin has 178 digs through nine games. At 5.56 digs/set, she's three-tenths of a point ahead of season-record pace. 

Senior Shanelle Martinez tallied her 800th career assist for the Panthers and currently sits at 822. It's also worth noting that she's had a hand in 899 points in her 39 appearances- 822 assisted and 77 scored herself. Of her 77 points, 37 are aces. 

Freshman Emily Harden has dished out 127 assists. 

Senior Courtney Smith tallied her seventh appearance of the season and sits at 47 across beach and court volleyball. I believe that she's three games away from being the first beach volleyballer in GSU history to reach double-digit appearances in court volleyball.

In terms of the first-year players with aces, Lazzarin has eight, Harden has five and freshman Rayne Williams has three. Williams also has three solo blocks, tied with senior Myllena Torquetti for the team lead.
