Beyond the Box Score: Volleyball v. Old Dominion (Saturday, October 18, 2025)

Freshman Manuela Altieri Liev had a career game- after posting 5.5 points across her first five appearances, Altieri picked up 12.5 points on Saturday with 12 kills, a block assist and three digs.

Freshman Marta Lazzarin has picked up 352 digs on the year at a clip of 5.18/set. This is currently on pace to be the new second-best mark for digs/set in a season while she needs 120 to tie the tenth-best mark for digs in a season.

Junior Akira Burt surpassed the 600-point milestone for her Panther career- she's at 601.5 through 68 games. In terms of block assists, Burt's logged 153 and the current hold on tenth on the all-time chart is 230. 

Senior Shanelle Martinez is at exactly fifty games for her Panther volleyball career and is up to 1,044 assists. There's also the fact that she's now directly or indirectly contributed 1,137 points with 93 points herself.
