Volleyball Coaching Updates

Myllena Torquetti has joined the coaching staff of the indoor team as a Graduate Assistant. This comes after she logged 54 appearances and 394 points across two seasons on the indoor team and an exhibition appearance for the beach volleyball team.

After a mark of 35-23 across two seasons, including 16 Sun Belt wins, Flavia Siqueira is now the head coach at Florida International. Flavia engineered an impressive two-season turnaround of a program that won 20 games across the three seasons prior to her arrival.

Position-by-Position Look-Ahead: 2025 Volleyball

*Note: This is assuming that anyone who was a senior or grad student in the 2024 season won't return. Middle Blocker Myllena Torquetti and Kayla Broom are both seniors, but current sophomore Akira Burt and current freshman Kamryn Itzen are both returners at the moment.
